The Joker has been portrayed and illustrated so many times, we have lost count. Indeed, he is one of the most popular villains ever to challenge the intelligence and skills of Batman. Created by DC Comics, he has quickly become the number one nemesis of our beloved superhero. When LEGO decided to come up with their own Batman series, sets ad collections, The Joker was indispensable. He has been seen in a number of LEGO collections including The Batwing: The Joker’s Aerial Assault and The Tumbler: Joker’s Ice-Cream Surprise. The minifigures quickly became a hot item and many collectors couldn’t wait to get their hands on them before stock runs out.
Joker’s minifigure is quite like those portrayed on films. LEGO company retained the character of this villain by dressing him up in his favorite trademark purple suit with matching green bowtie. He is also wearing his hair in green. The face has that menacing smirk that only this villain can pull off. In the Dark Knight, The Joker is given a more terrifying look. His green hair is tamed to frame his face. His smirk has become even more menacing. His eyes have dark rims that give it the ultimate villain look. This customized Joker LEGO is more expensive and even cost a little more than $30.
Like Batman, he also comes with a lot of vehicles. That includes the helicopter he used to escape. It comes in the 523-piece The Batwing: The Joker’s Aerial Assault set. A ladder is hanging on the sides of the helicopter and this villain is using this to escape Batman’s clutches once again. His ice cream truck is his perfect disguise in giving the citizens of Gotham City ice cream loaded with laughing bombs. The truck even has a hidden missile inside so it will surely give tons of fun to the players. The LEGO Batman managed to capture the character of this super villain. We are not disappointed when it comes to the accessories and the minifigures that depict the character of Joker. He also comes with henchmen to make the game a lot more interesting.
